An awkward silence

One of our manager's had decided that it was time to move on.It was his last day.A small group of 15 people had gathered in his cabin to wish him success in his future endeavors.He had been working in our company for the last 10 years and was respected by one and all. Employee 1 : So what is the secret of your success ? Manager with a smile : People like you . Employee 2 : Yep . We work , you grow . 28 seconds of awkward silence followed by laughter. Lol :)
