Overheard....
I happened to overhear a snippet of an interesting conversation.This dude who looked really frustrated is talking to his colleague, obiviously complaining about his manager : ...... and you know what my manager says " Don't give me reasons , just tell me why you are late !".
I was ROTFLMAO .

I think the manager meant he was not going to be reason-able anyway, so the employee should stop why-ning and give the facts...
